cPanel, Inc. has released cPanel & WHM version 66 to the CURRENT tier. Below are a few of the new features in this version.
New Feature: Application Manager
The Application Manager is a brand new interface for cPanel. In this first iteration you can add and manage your modern Ruby applications and define environment variables, all powered by passenger.
Removing the frames from WHM’s design started in version 64, but as of version 66 they are all gone! With the removal of all structural frames, we have drastically improved the mobile experience.
Easier to Navigate Web Disk and File Manager
We spent some time improving both the Web Disk and File Manager interfaces have made interacting with those interfaces much easier, whether on desktop or mobile devices.

64 EOL Soon
Additionally, this is a reminder that v62 will be the only LTS version of 2017, and that v64 will reach End of Life as v66 hits the STABLE tier. For more information, see the cPanel blog post from last year about the LTS changes.
