cPanel is pleased to announce that we are expanding the Customer Service coverage to 7 days a week!
The Customer Service Team will be available weekends from 6:00AM to 4:00PM(Central) in addition to current coverage of 6:00AM to 6:00PM (Central) Monday through Friday.
Communication via traditional telephones, live chat, and our ticket system will be readily available to customers that need assistance with new orders, license issues, renewals, and general questions about our overall products.
“Our customers are very important and we understand that questions and issues do not only arise Monday through Friday,” explained Customer Service Manager Chris Banaszek. “Over the past few months we have expanded our team and implemented live chat on our website so that we can provide the best possible coverage for customers.”
The final stage of our expanded Customer Service Team includes the additional hours to provide rapid turnaround 7 days a week.
