This release includes a security patch that has been issued a fix for a CVE (Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures), the details of which are included below.
SUMMARY
cPanel, L.L.C. has updated packages for EasyApache 4 with PHP versions 8.0.26, 8.1.14, and 8.2.1. This release addresses vulnerabilities related to CVE-2022-31631. We strongly encourage all PHP 8.0 users to upgrade to version 8.0.26, all PHP 8.1 users to upgrade to version 8.1.14, and all PHP 8.2 users to update to version 8.2.1.
AFFECTED VERSIONS
All versions of PHP 8.0 through 8.0.25.
All versions of PHP 8.1 through 8.1.13.
All versions of PHP 8.2 through 8.0.0.

SOLUTION
cPanel, L.L.C. has released updated packages for EasyApache 4 on January 11, 2023, with PHP versions 8.0.26, 8.1.14, and 8.2.1. Unless you have enabled automatic package updates in your cron, update your system with either your package manager or WHM’s Run System Update interface.
